1. For standard deliveries, we will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link, we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link.

2. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. Payment shall be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfer or cash deposit. Your receipt of an electronic, payment slip or other form order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.

3. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain Ringgit Malaysia amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. All products selected in the Online store will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Taxes will not be charged based on the shipping address.

4. All online commerce transactions are secured and protected by Internet’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. It encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it would not be read as the information travels over the Internet. This extra security layer enhances convenience and acceptance, and helps protect card holders, merchants and associated banks against unauthorised use.

Wholesale Order/International Order

Product Availability

We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Out of Stock Policy

We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items “out-of-stock”, or we remove the item from our website. On occasion, we may not have the item you have ordered in stock, due to the previous sales not yet being reconciled.
If this occurs, we may be able to offer either of the following options via phone/email :

a) An alternate item, either of a different colour or size, where applicable. If however, we have not received a reply to this email within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the item price.

b) Offer a “Back Order” where we have been advised that the item will be re-stocked by the supplier in our next delivery. Please note, we have no control over any issues that may impede our third party suppliers in restocking items.

If items are out of stock, and we are unable to offer the above, a refund will be issued as soon as possible. When refunds are issued, please allow 3-5 business days for it to return to your account. We apologise for any inconvenience that out-of-stock items may cause, and will always try our very best to fulfil your order.
